October 7 to 15 Will be Shut-Off Water time at LHOA
This is a message from Dave Seder. (Water Committee)
With Fall just around the corner, the pump station will be closing down soon for the 2011 season. Please mark your calendars for Shut-Off of Watering System to be as soon as Friday, October 7 and no later than Saturday, October 15, 2011.
Your kind attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please let your neighbors know.
Temporary Water System Outage
Apologies Folks –
Due to some unavoidable breaks in some main lines, the water system has been shut off so repair can be made. Hopefully, the system will be back up between 12:00 (noon) and 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon, June 21. Thank you for your patience.

Water expected about May 15, 2011
HIGHLY IMPORTANT
ALL LOT OWNERS NEED TO CLOSE VALVES TO THEIR WATER SYSTEM BEFORE LAKE PUMPS ARE TURNED ON.
Your private water line valve from the main system needs to be shut down completely to avoid flooding your yard!
Tentative Dates for Clean-Up Day & Dumpster Access
Clean-Up Day has not actually been set.
Tentative dates are May 7th or May 14th.
Watch your mailboxes for Flyers distributed by the Parks & Recreation Committee.
A different day is also being set aside for tree trimming and wrapping. Updated information will be posted at a later time.
For a two week period a dumpster will be placed in the common’s area by the biggest lake for LHOA residents to use. The slash pile is being moved so all outdoor trash needs to be placed in the dumpster. Your kind attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Commons Areas
It has come to the attention of LHOA Board of Directors that roads and outdoor picnic equipment pieces have been vandalized.
Please be aware that association property is the responsibility of all property owners in the association.
People destroying property will be held liable for damages here at Lakeside.
Driving on dirt or semi-gravel roads when they are wet and muddy destroys them. Driving beyond designated parking areas destroys native grass and plants. Damages will be your responsibility. Picnic tables and benches are NOT firewood. Please be sure you and your guests are aware of these responsibilities when using the commons areas.
Please help us all take care of our place.
